You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Services or have such authorization from your parents or guardian.

You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete.

You acknowledge that the email address you provide as the primary method for communication. You will not share your login with anyone else.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Thinkific cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activity and content, such as videos, files, data, graphics, photos and links that is uploaded to your Thinkific account (“Content”). 

You may not share your login ID with another person - this course is based on a per person rate. Any evidence of sharing your course materials or allowing another person to log in will result in immediate expulsion from the course (with no refund). There will be no exceptions for this breach.

A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service, as determined in the sole discretion of Dr. Kim Baldwin, will result in the immediate termination of your services.

2. Intellectual Property of Course Materials

A. Title and Copyright Assignment

1. All materials, resources, products, and results of the training course services rendered hereunder (the "Work") are works made for hire. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the Work (and all rights therein, including, without limitation, copyrights) belongs to and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Dr. Kim Baldwin.

2. Not withstanding the foregoing, you also hereby assign and transfer to Dr. Kim Baldwin the entire right, title, and interest in and to all copyrights in the Work; all registrations and copyright applications relating thereto and all renewals and extensions thereof; all works based upon, derived from, or incorporating the Work; all income, royalties, damages, claims and payments now or hereafter due or payable with respect thereto; all causes of action, either in law or in equity for past, present, or future infringement based on the copyrights; and all rights corresponding to the foregoing throughout the world.

3. If the Work is one to which the provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 106A apply, You hereby waives and appoints Dr. Kim Baldwin to assert on YOU behalf of moral rights or any equivalent rights regarding the form or extent of any unauthorized use or  alteration to the Work (including, without limitation, removal or destruction) or the making of any derivative works based on the Work, including, without limitation, photographs, drawings or other visual reproductions or the Work, in any medium without previous consent by Dr. Kim Baldwin.
