You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Services or have such authorization from your parents or guardian.

You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete.

You acknowledge that the email address you provide as the primary method for communication. You will not share your login with anyone else.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Thinkific cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activity and content, such as videos, files, data, graphics, photos and links that is uploaded to your Thinkific account (“Content”). 

You may not share your login ID with another person - this course is based on a per person rate. Any evidence of sharing your course materials or allowing another person to log in will result in immediate expulsion from the course (with no refund). There will be no exceptions for this breach.

A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service, as determined in the sole discretion of Dr. Kim Baldwin, will result in the immediate termination of your services.

2. Intellectual Property of Course Materials

This agreement is made between the enrolled student ('Participant') and Dr. Kim Baldwin Training Academy / Marine Spatial Information Solutions Inc. ('Provider') concerning access to and use of proprietary training materials, media, and sessions distributed or presented through the Dr. Kim Baldwin Training Academy (the 'Course').

Terms and Conditions

1. All materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, PDFs, data sets, recordings, screen shares, and downloadable content provided through the Course, are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2.  Participants are granted access for personal, non-commercial use only. These materials may not be shared, copied, reproduced, published or transmitted in any form to individuals not enrolled in the Course. This includes sharing screen access, allowing others to view video content or distributing files.
3. The Participant agrees that no unregistered person may observe or participate in any part of the Course, whether in-person or virtually. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from the Course with no refund and potential legal action.
4. Any breach of these terms, including unauthorized access, duplication, or sharing of Course materials,will be considered a serious violation and may result in termination of access and legal consequences.
5. This agreement must be signed and submitted prior to Course enrollment. Enrollment or participation without agreement to these terms is prohibited.
